VoIP Test WebPage Update

VoIP Test WebPage 

The VoIP test webpage has been updated with a pick list for the customer to select “US West” or “US East (Skype Only)” prior to starting the VoIP test.   When asking customers to complete a VoIP test, please use the following:

1. All Cisco customers test  to US West
2. All Clarity customers test to US West
3. All Five9 customers test to US West
4. Skype only customers east of the Mississippi test to US East (Skype Only)
5. Skype customer west of the Mississippi test to US West
