CallTower Operator Connect Rebiller Scope of Support  

Goal:

This article will review the scope of support for CallTower’s Operator Connect Rebiller program 

  

Support 

 

  • CallTower will support all issues with PSTN calls. Teams to Teams calls would need to be opened with Microsoft support.

  • Support for Call Routing through Microsoft’s Operator Connect Support 

  • Support for all CallTower Connect Issues 

  

MACDs  (Move, Add, Change, Delete)
