CT Text allows businesses to manage employee mobility via a single subscription across country boundaries. The result is a unified plan across company facilities in multiple countries and cost-effective, stress-free communications for employees who travel.
- Home Countries are the Countries in which Extend subscribers can use their subscription plan on a permanent basis.
- Home Away Countries (HAC) are Countries in which subscribers can use their plan on a temporary basis (up to 90 days in any 365 day period) without incurring additional costs within Home Away Countries.
Roaming Zone Details
Home and Home Away Countries are listed in Zones for completeness even though all usage in those countries is included in the subscription plan and not billed as international roaming charges.
Zone 7 countries are shown for completeness but are blocked from service. Zone 7.1 is blocked due to cost and Zone 7.2 is blocked due to service availability.
Roaming Pricing applies to usage outside Home and Home Away Countries
