CallTower Information - Enable International Dialing

Summary

To enable international dialing, an MPOC (main point of contact) on the account must submit a request with which countries the account would like to be able to call. Depending on which countries are on that list, a waiver may need to be signed. 

Reference our international tier document to determine the tier level of the designated area(s) that will be called.

Tier 1 – International Low Risk

  • A request from an MPOC is all that is needed
  • No waiver to sign
  • We will update your account to reflect the service added and date it on the Special Handling Notes

Tier 2 – International Medium Risk

  •  A request from an MPOC is needed
  • The waiver must be signed by an MPOC
  • Tier 2 Waiver (download, sign, and send)

Tier 3 – International High Risk

  • A request from an MPOC is needed
  • The waiver must be signed by an MPOC
  • Tier 3 Waiver (download, sign, and send)
  • $1000 fee will be billed to the account to mitigate CallTower’s risk of fraud
  • We will update your account to reflect the service added and date it on the Special Handling Notes

Tier 4 – International Extreme Risk

  • A request from an MPOC is needed
  • The waiver must be signed by an MPOC
  • Tier 4 Waiver (download, sign, and send)
  • $3000 fee will be billed to the account to mitigate CallTower’s risk of fraud
  • We will update your account to reflect the service added and date it on the Special Handling Notes

Signing a waiver higher than Tier 1 will also include all countries in the tier(s) lower than the Tier chosen.
