Five9 - Testing Voice Connectivity

1. Change your state to Not Ready

2. Click Help

3. Select Voice Connectivity Test

4. Click Download the Test button

4a. Select Remote Agent Test if you're working from home or in a small office setup

5. Unzip the downloaded file and run the application

6. Enter a Client Number (ex. your company name) and a Test Code (CAT_us or CAT_UK, depending on your domain's region)

7. Click Ok

The app conducts a series of tests and closes automatically once completed. To obtain the results, contact Five9 and provide the Clinet Name and the time the test was conducted.

Using Echo Call

1. Change your state to Not Ready

2. Expand the Help menu

3. Select Echo Call

4. Follow the audio instructions

Restart Your Station 

1. Change your state to Not Ready state

2. Click the Connectivity Status icon

3. Click Restart Station

The status will show as Connected once you have established a successful softphone connection.
