Five9 - Hold and Conference Calls

Placing a call on Hold

• Click Hold

• Click UnHold to retrieve the call

Warm Conference

1.Click Conference

2.Enter the third party’s name or number

3. Select Warm

4.Click Speak with Participant, caller will be placed on hold

• After called party answers, click Add Participant to initiate 3-party call
• To end a conference call:
• Remove third party by clicking on menu next to their name and choose Remove
• Choose Leave Conference to drop from the call but leave the other parties connected
• Click End Call to disconnect all parties
