Five9 - Configuring Station Options

Configuring Audio Alerts

1. Expand the Profile menu

2. Select Settings

3. Select Sound Alerts

4. Enable alerts by ticking the checkboxes. If enabled, a tone is played when a call is connected, a message is received, a callback is overdue, or a call gets disconnected. 

5. Click Apply

Setting Up Voice Channel Options 

1. Expand the Profile menu

2. Click Settings

3. Click Voice Channel

4. Select the event to enable notifications for

5. Select the type of call to enable Auto-Answer for. Auto answer automatically connects calls to your station without ringing

6. Click Apply
