D. Main workspaces: Changes based on active tab or task being done
E. The ACD status bar displays call statistics, the time of day, the network quality indicator and sound control settings

Adjusting Call and Microphone Volume
1. Click the Speaker or the Microphone icon
2. Adjust the slider up or down to increase or decrease the volume
