Cisco 79XX - Function Buttons
Goal
The purpose of this article is to show what the four different function buttons look like and where they are located on the physical Cisco 79XX phone.
Resolution/Steps
4 different function buttons are usually found on the right-hand side of the phone. The function buttons are used to access the following features:
- Messages
- Voicemail
- Directories
- Extension/User Details within the company
- Services
- Opens/closes the Services menu.
- Settings
- Enable/Disable Do Not Disturb (DND)
- Reset Settings
- Ethernet/Network Setup
