Cisco 79XX - Joining Calls
Goal
The purpose of this article is to help users understand how to join active calls on your Cisco 79XX phone.
Resolution/Steps
Joining Calls Steps:
- You may want to bring the two calls together. To do so, highlight the line that is currently on hold using the up or down arrows on the scroll button. Then select the Join soft key, joining the two calls together into one conversation.
