Cisco 79XX - Switching Between Calls
Goal
The purpose of this article is to provide instructions on how to switch between two separate active calls using a Cisco 79XX phone.
Resolution/Steps
Switching Between Calls Steps:
- Perhaps you need to take the second call and would like to tell caller 1 that you will call them back or ask them to continue to hold. You can do this by selecting the Hold soft key.
- Use the scroll button to highlight call 1 and select the Resume soft key. You can use this same process as many times as necessary to switch between calls.
