Cisco 79XX - iDivert
Goal
Provide instructions on how to use the iDivert button and what its function is.
Resolution/Steps
Whether you’re off the phone or currently speaking to someone, if you receive a call and are unable to answer the call you have a couple of options:
- Allow it to ring until the caller reaches your voicemail.
- Select the iDivert soft key, which will send the incoming caller to your voicemail as soon as the soft key is selected.
Additional Information
The "iDivert" button will only appear while a call is incoming.
