Cisco Connect User - Properties
Once logged into the CallTower Connect User Portal, your screen will show the User Properites. The user properties card is used to change the demographic information of the user. This includes items like address, cell phone, supervisor, etc.
Update User Properties Steps:
1. Left-Click into the field you wish to update within the User Properties card.
Note: The "Company" name cannot be edited. Fields that can be edited in the User Properties are:
a. Title
b. Department
c. URL
d. Manager
e. Address
f. Home, Fax, Pager phones
2. Click the Save Button to update the changes.
