The following DNS records need to be added to your external domain for Jabber registration.  Replace example.com with your domain.

1. _collab-edge._tls.example.com  
2. priority      = 3 weight       = 7
3. port     = 8443
4. Salt Lake City: svr hostname   = collaborate.ct450.com   (or)    Atlanta: svr hostname   = collaborate-atl.ct450.com

** SVR Hostname could be one of two options depending on the data center your company is assigned. Please verify with the Support Team or your Project Manager.**

Data Center Options

Salt Lake City: svr hostname   = collaborate.ct450.com

Atlanta: svr hostname   = collaborate-atl.ct450.com
