CT Cloud SIP - Logging Into SIP Phone to Set Keys

1. Log into Connect at connect.calltower.com

2. From the left main (“hamburger”) menu, select “users

3. Find the user/phone profile you need to program, and click on the arrow to the left of “first name” to expand the user menu

4. You’ll see two submenus, “user settings” and “CT Cloud”. Select “CT Cloud” and the first option from that dropdown, “CT Cloud Voice”

5. Another submenu will appear below “CT Cloud Voice”, with three options: account, accession, and settings. Select “Settings”.

6. Click on the “portal” button at the bottom of the settings menu. A new window will open (you may have to disable popup blockers).

7. The window that pops open is a new portal called Commportal. On the very bottom left of the screen, you should see “Personal details” which lists the phone number. Under that, there is a “Devices” button. Click on this.

8. You’ll get a popup window that shows the phone number and a “set keys” option. Click on “set keys

9. A new window opens that should show your device and that says, “Manage your phones”. Click on “edit” under your device. This will open the window that lets you set your keys. Don’t forget to use the “save changes” at the bottom of the screen.
